Why the ads are not displayed?
Please make sure;
・If the creatives are approved by i-mobile
・If the budget is set
・If the key words are set (Featured phone only)
・If the category is chosen (Smart Phone・PC)
・If the campaign end date is set on the past date
If all listed above is clear, your CPC set is lower compared to other advertisers who are bidding to the same publishers.
Please check the delivery destinations and adjust CPC accordingly.
For other options, please add new creatives that improves the CTR, other sets of keyword, or add different categories.

The limit could be set by; Daily budget, Monthly Budget, or Overall Budget

What's the conversion tracking functionality?
conversion tracking functionality is the functionality where you can track the conversion number (acquisition number) occurred from i-mobile ads.
When th conversion is tracked, the effect of ads can be measured.

How do I obtain the conversion tracking tag?
1.Login to the dashboard
2.In the Campaign tab, click on conversion button.
(* If its Smart Phone/Desktop, click on site or conversion)
3.Select the conversion tracking method and save the update.
4.Copy the tag and paste it on the page where you track acquisition and upload the page to the server.
* If it's manual tag, the whole process from clicking the ad and page transfer to conversion occuring page session ID should be managed by the client side.
5.Test conversion on the conversion tag testing page.

It depends on the cart. Ask the cart providers for the detail.

How to increase the exposure of the ads?
The order of ad displaying priority is based on CTRxCPC
sites that has higher rate get displayed more, so by raising CPC rate or submitting new creatives
and increase CTR, exposure will have potential to increase.

The lowest bidding price depends on media categories.
・Entertainments (such as e-book, Fortune-telling, Ringtone and Game): from 5 JPY
・Genaral(such as E-Commerce, Prize and SNS): from 7 JPY

What should I do to raise CTR?
Statistically speaking, the long-term displaying of the same creative sets lower CTR, so observing the numbers,
we would recommend to change the ads twice a week.

What is delivery boosting?
Delivery boosting is the function where CPC change is done per site.
Ad delivery volume could be changed according to ad effect.
You could change the volume of ad delivery volume by fixing CPC per site.
(* With mobile phone and desktop, CPC could be changed per ad spots)

Is retargeting delivery possible?
Retargeting is possible only with mobile phone, desktop traffic.
After login in dashboard, click on 'site' tab 'retargeting tag' and create retargeting tag.
paste the tag on the place where you would like and upload the page on the server.
After that, click on 'campaign' tab and click on 'retargeting' button and set retargeting.
* The delivery volume fluctuate based on retargeting tag.
